Russian giant energy company gazprom has successfully completed a sponsorship deal with FC Schalke. This sparked some fears in the German media if German traditional clubs would surrender to foreign investments and eventually foreign control (refer to the Chelsey pattern). Not only this but it's rumoured that Russian president Putin would attend the next comming Schalke-Bayern match.
Can someone foresee another Abramovic sitting among the Schalke fans?! Will FC Schalke be turned in to Dynamo Schalski?
