HI guys im a arsenal fan always have but in my local pub they have done european league thing and this years is to follow the bundesliga and i picked out at random werder bremen and my mate schalke who's better? and any knowlege on these two teams and how they doing already i undertsand that bremen are in champs league...some knowlege about these two teams would be aprreciated..thanks in advance..

But in case you are serious..

Schalke 04 are the german version of Newcastle...started out as the miners club in a rough area but got loads of fanatical fans that live for the club, they are most often left without any titles to cheer about but are one of the three biggest clubs in Germany.

Werder Bremen are a fairly small club in terms of money but make up for it by buying cheap and selling dear, they often get together talented players and challenge the bigger clubs despite having financial disadvantages.

What else do you wannna know?

If you look at the player I think Bremen's got the more talented team (specially the attack is great and once Mertesacker will play, the defence will be more calm) But i wouldn't underestimate Schalke. On their day they can really beat anyone.

But my personal opinion is that Bremen's got the better team and i think they've got a real chance of winning the league. ;)

Considering that both teams are on 10 points I´ll give my verdict around christmas..;)

Clues..Schalke don´t score much but concede few goals, Werder scores many but have a leaky defence.
