In the month september the player of the month is...............
Jan Schlaudraff
Well not undeserved IMO, but the 2nd placed guy.... WTF!
Clemens Fritz... Quite ridiculous. Are people voting for him just because he is german? Polak of Nuremberg finished 3rd. Polak outshined Fritz by a mile.
I would even say that if Fritz would take a 2nd place in a voting it would be "who did not impress nor sucked" vote. How did the Manager of Fritz manage to get him into the voting? :drinkbeer
Fritz was not even best RB player this month, it is Castro
Fritz is not even best player at Bremen, it is Diego
what a joke
It is also a joke, that Castros goal is not up for Goal of the month vote. I think we guys from 24-7 should take over the main decision-making positions in german media. :drinkbeer

gerry i think you are a little bit too harsh on Fritz. He played good this month imo, specially in the CL against Ronaldinho. Its good to see that he's doing well at Bremen after his injury. I wouldn't have put him as 2nd best player of the month but he was amoung the best.
agree tho, its a shame that Castros goal is not up for "goal of the month". :nono i think its was the best goal so far in this season.

did he assist any goal, shot any goal, was outstanding in any game at the BL? I am not harsh on Fritz because I think he is overrated on this forum, but I do not see him being close to 2nd placed player of the month, sorry

I SAID i wouldn't have put him on the 2nd spot but he was good this month. He did assist btw ;) in the Hamburg game. I like his style, he's always on the run, shows huge effort on the pitch and is solid in the defence. Maybe you find him overrated, i see a good player when i watch him. Everyone sees it different i guees.

Hunt deserved to be up there as well, 3 goals and 2 assists in three games is not too bad (Gomez had 4 goals and 1 assist in 4 games) but Diego is just on another level (3 goals 4 assists in 3 games) and Hunt obviously greatly profits from playing with players like Klose and Diego unlike Gomez!

Hanke was on place 166 Val, one place behind second string striker Hoogendorp from Wolfsburg

I expect such a silly comment from a Hertha supporter who was previously a Gladbach supporter. You are a confused child.:laugh
