http://www.setanta.com/images/spacer.gif Austria Vienna striker Filip Sebo is still determined to force a move to Glasgow Rangers and will meet the club's owner on Thursday to explain his position.
New Rangers boss Paul Le Guen has been chasing Sebo for several weeks but his chances of landing the star appeared to have disappeared when Vienna released a statement saying Sebo was going nowhere.
However, Sebo remains hopeful, and revealed: "I know what the general manager has said and what the directors have said about the transfer not going ahead.
"But they don't run the club - Frank Stronach does - and he is the one who makes all the decisions.
"I have requested a meeting with him and I am confident that if I tell him that I 100% want to join Rangers, he will let me go.
"I am determined to play for Rangers and I still believe I will go to Scotland."
