Round-Up

Ayr United 0-1 Rangers
Only one goal seperated the two teams in a close fought contest as Ronald De Boer's headed goal on 80 minutes ensured there was going to be no cup shock at Somerset Park. Although on the back foot for most of the game Ayr did create some chances, mainly by James Grady, add this to a good goalkeeping performance for Nelson between the home sticks and poor finishing from Rangers meant this game could have went either way.
