I think it's too much for Hamburg to overturn the result, besides Rapid seem to be on a roll.

Right now Hamburg is up 3-1. Agg is 3-3 but against Hamburg due to away goal rules.

It is done. They gave it their best. 3-1 was final result. They put up a good fight. I don't like the away rule either.

Hamburg's resolve and never-say die approach is highly appreciable and they have done extraordinarily well despite unlucky exit out of the less prestigious competition. They have exerted their utmost efforts to turn the tide and made one silly mistake that sent Bucharest through. What can you say when a superior team loses and a lucky team goes through on away goals rule?I am overly infuriated at Hamburg's exit.I have watched the game live through Saudi Sport and had Hamburg taken most of their chances, it could have been a hammering defeat for Bucharest, but luck had been with them in both legs. The only rubbish and utterly useless Hamburg player of the night was Takahara, whose countless misses eventually cost the determined Hamburg side. I wish Hamburg revoke his binding contract with immediate effect since keeping this rather prodigal player is tantamont to killing the big club.

All in all, I can say God has been against German football since recently because all German teams competing in europe but Bayer Munich have been eliminated due to bad luck.Take Vfb Stuttgart, who dominated 180 minutes against Middlesboro and unfortunately went out.Take Werder Bremen, who lost the game unbelievably against unconvincing Juventus side. Take Schalke 04 , who outplayed AC Milan and conceded an awful goal while the tie was 2-2.All our european participants except Bayern outplayed their opponents this season and unluckily went out.I donot know what the verdict of playing football is where 90% of success is purely based on chances and not more than 10% is dependent on brilliance.

I was thinking the exact same thing.

Also, is it me or is Middlesboro lucky as hell? They got dominated yesterday by Roma but once again somehow make it through... Every damn uefa cup game I have seen them play in, they have been outplayed..makes me sick.
