I am going for Valencia, Juve, Newcastle, or Dortmond. But as to who I think will win, I have to go with AC Milan, Valenica, and Man U. Valencia need to get back in form after the break, and Man U needs to keep it up. Remember Dortmund won it a few years ago. So don't count them out just yet.

I think it'll be Real Madrid (again).....
Outsiders:
AC Milan
Valencia
Arsenal
I think it'll be one of these teams, but Real are the real favourites too me. AC Milan can be very dangerous and Valencia and Arsenal can also become a threat to Real.
I don't think the other teams stand a chance against Real.
I hope there'll be a miracle and that AJAX AMSTERDAM is going to win it, ah well dreams.........

May I remind all those that say RM are unbeatable and that they will most surely win the CL...
Milan 6pts
Borussia Dortmund 3pts
Lokomotiv Moscow 1pt
Real Madrid 1pt
And don't forget they still got away games to Dortmund and Moscow (I'm sure they'll have probs playing in that cold, especially since most of their players are brazilians, spanish, etc who are used to heat).
If RM slip up in their next game (home) against Dortmund, they would have one foot out of the CL.
If I'm not mistaken, RM haven't won a CL game from their last 7 games. Very bad run for someone wanting to win the CL. Nah they won't win it.

Have to go with VDV23 on this one:
Outsiders:
AC Milan
Valencia
Arsenal
I agree with this.
Dortmund is not good enough. Barca is a mess. ManUnited.. well, not this season. Inter or Juventus - maybe an outside shot, don´t count them totally out. Lately Valencia has lost form though, we´ll see what happens. I think Arse will win their group and Valencia is 2nd.

Real certainly didn't have a good start, but I always have the feeling that once they play with all their best players and they try their best, they're almost unbeatable. I would really love it if Real Madrid goes out in 2nd phase, but I don't think it'll happen...

yeah, think if real is gettin in form just before the cl. But if the dont compete in the cl and the dont pass the 2nd phase than who cares. Maybe it better to see an another club winning the cl.

Ajax have to win against Valencia and they'll be qualified, otherwise a draw or loss against Ajax might complicate things, seeing how an away game against Roma might be quite tricky.

AJAX's game against Valencia is crucial!
If we win, we're qualified, if we lose, we're probably out!
If we lose against Valencia, we would still have 6 pts, Valencia would have 8 and since I believe Arsenal will win against Roma, Arsenal would have 9 than. If this occurs AJAX is out, since Arsenal and Valencia would only have to draw in the last match to go through. Since they play against eachother they'll probably make an agreement and play 1-1 or something..
So AJAX must definitely not lose against Valencia! I think AJAX has to play the same way as against Arsenal, in that way we have a chance of winning..

Vieri has not scored in the CL since the 1996/97 season (scored 4 or 5 goals for Juve), but since then this is his first CL campaign. Crespo is out till mid april so he will miss the last 2 games, therefore it's all on Vieri's shoulders.

Didn't know that! Didn't he play in CL with Lazio??

Vieri is infamous for changing teams, and he didn't stay longer than 1 year with most clubs. Only Inter seem to have held him, though 2 years ago he was VERY close to rejoin juve.
I think he was with Lazio the season before they won the league (the one they lost in the last league match).
